Beach Highlands Neighborhood Beach Access in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida is on Highland Avenue right outside the gates of Stallworth Preserve subdivision on Stallworth Lake. It is on the western end of Dune Allen Beach. Heading west on Scenic 30A, before Butler Elementary, turn south from Scenic 30A on to South Bishop Road to the end and then you’ll see a few parking spaces and the walkover. There are no restrooms and only a handful of parking spaces.
Walk west a bit past Stallworth Lake and you find yourself on the beaches of the incredible Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, offering a wide variety of natural resources including 3.2 miles of secluded, white sand beaches with majestic dunes over 25 feet tall. Three rare coastal dune lakes spread across the park are natural wonders.
The lakes, pristine beaches, old-growth long leaf pines, sand pine scrub, and a variety of wetlands offer a bird-watching and hiking paradise.
