Andalusia Access is 100 yards south of Scenic 30A at Andalusia Avenue and is the closest access to the popular Grove By The Sea neighborhood.

Azalea/Camellia Beach Access is on Scenic 30A about 200 yards east of the Scenic 395 intersection between Azalea and Camellia Streets.

Camp Helen State Park is bordered on three sides by the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Powell, one of the largest coastal dune lakes in Florida.

Campbell Street Access is on Scenic 30A across from Campbell Street and the Seagrove Plaza.

Cessna Landing is a county park on Highway 393 a few miles north of US 98 on Hogtown bayou.

Deer Lake State Park is a 1,920-acre park which shares its name with the coastal dune lake within its boundaries.

Dogwood/Thyme Beach Access is on Scenic 30A between Dogwood and Thyme Streets, 4 blocks west of the Scenic 395 intersection and 2 blocks east of Seaside.

The Dothan Avenue Access is about 100 yards south of Scenic 30A and about 1/2 mile east of the Scenic 395 and Scenic 30A intersection.

Right across from Stinky’s Fish Camp Restaurant is the Dune Allen Regional Beach Access on Scenic 30A.

Eastern Lake Neighborhood Access is on the west side of Eastern Lake where the outfall meets the beach at the intersection of South Gulf Drive and Eastern Lake Road, about 1/4 mile south of Scenic 30A.

Eastern Lake Park is a small park just south of Scenic 30A on the east side of Eastern Lake.

Ed Walline Regional Beach Access is ADA accessible, and has two picnic shelters, parking, restrooms, and beach wheelchairs and lifeguards during peak season.

Eden Gardens State Park consists of 163 upland acres just north of Seagrove Beach, across highway 98 in Point Washington, along the shores of Tucker Bayou and the Choctawhatchee Bay.

Fort Panic Regional Access is ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.

Four Mile Creek Landing is a county maintained boat launch on Four Mile Creek where it crosses Bay Loop Road East (CR 83A East).

Gardenia Beach Access is on Scenic 30A at Gardenia Street about 200 yards east of the Scenic 395 intersection.

Geronimo Street Beach Access is at the intersection of Geronimo Street and Scenic 98 (old 98) in Miramar Beach.

Grady Brown Park is located on the north side of the bay at the Clyde B.

Grayton Beach State Park is one of the most popular state parks in Florida, with massive dunes, winding trails, abundant wildlife, and shimmering 100-acre Western Lake, one of many coastal dune lakes gracing Scenic Highway 30A along Scenic 30A in South Walton (SoWal).

Gulf Point Road Beach Access is at the intersection of Gulf Point Road and Blue Mountain Road, 2 blocks east of the Scenic 83 intersection in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach.

Gulfview Heights Access has parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with shelter, and lifeguards during peak season.

Haugen Park Bay Access is in Miramar Beach a few blocks north of US 98 on Shore Drive, about a mile west of Silver Sands Factory outlet Stores.

Headland Avenue Beach Access is a public beach access at Headland Avenue and Montgomery Street on the east side of where the Seagrove Villas Motel once stood.

Hickory Beach Access is on Scenic 30A at Hickory Street in Seagrove Beach, 3 blocks west of the Scenic 395 intersection and a few blocks east of Seaside.

Holly Beach Access is on Scenic 30A at Holly Street, one block east of the Scenic 395 intersection in Seagrove Beach.

Inlet Beach Regional Access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.

Kellogg Bayside Park on the Choctawhatchee Bay in South Walton offers access to the bay for kayaks, canoes, and stand up paddle boards.

Lake Causeway Neighborhood Beach Access is on Scenic 30A across the street from Dune Allen Realty and the pedestrian bridge across Oyster Lake.

Lake Powell Access is in Inlet Beach on North Walton Lakeshore Drive.

Legion Park has picnic tables, shelters, playground, basketball court, volleyball court, restrooms and a boat launch on the Choctawhatchee Bay in Miramar Beach.

Live Oak Access in Seagrove Beach is just a few blocks east of Seaside on Scenic 30A at Live Oak Street, two blocks west of the Scenic 395 intersection.

Lupine Access is in Inlet Beach at the end of South Walton Lakeshore Drive.

Marse Landing at Four Mile Creek has a restroom, dock, boat ramp, plenty of boat trailer parking, and lots of boat slips.

Nightcap Street Neighborhood Beach Access in Seagrove Beach is on Scenic 30A at the end of Nightcap Street, one block west of Scenic 395.

Norwood Drive Beach Access in Miramar Beach is at the end of Norwood Drive, two blocks south of US 98 near Silver Sands Factory Outlets, and just south of the US 98 and Scenic 98 (old Hwy 98) intersection.

One Seagrove Access is on Seagrove Place about 100 yards south of Scenic 30A across from Robert Ellis Street and has a shower and no parking.

Open Gulf Street Beach Access in Miramar Beach is at the end of Open Gulf Street, two blocks south of US 98 near Silver Sands Factory Outlets, and just south of the US 98 and Scenic 98 (old Hwy 98) intersection.

Palms of Dune Allen Beach Access is on Scenic 30A at the intersection with Allen Loop Drive East about 1/4 mile west of the Scenic 393 intersection at Gulf Place.

Pelayo Beach Access is on Scenic 30A at the intersection of Pelayo Avenue across from Hidden Beach Villas, about 1/2 mile east of the Scenic 30A and Scenic 395 intersection in Seagrove Beach.

Phillips Inlet Access is a simple beach access about 200 yards south of US 98 in Inlet Beach at the end of South Walton Lakeshore Drive.

North of Seagrove Beach at the north end of Scenic Highway 395 in Point Washington is a boat ramp and two docks on Tucker Bayou that opens into the Choctawhatchee Bay.

Port Property Beach Access is an undeveloped access in Seagrove Beach at the end of San Roy Road on the eastern side of the Eastern Lake outfall.

Ramsgate beach access is a simple walkover near the end of Eastern Lake Road behind Summer’s Edge neighborhood beside Ramsgate townhomes.

Ray’s Multi-MountainBeach Access is in the heart of Grayton Beach in “New Grayton”, just to the west of the main Grayton Beach drive-on access at Hotz Avenue and the main “Grayton Dunes” access behind the red Bar.

San Juan Beach Access has about 15 parking spaces and a shower but no restrooms.

Sand Trap Beach Access is at the end of Sand Trap Road two blocks south of US 98 near Silver Sands Factory Outlets, and just east of the US 98 and Scenic 98 (old Hwy 98) intersection.

Santa Clara access is ADA accessible, and has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season.

Scenic 395 Beach Access is at the stoplight in Seagrove Beach at the intersection of Scenic 30A and Scenic 395.

Scenic Gulf Drive Regional Beach Access was built in 2022 and has 400 feet of sugar-white sand along the Gulf of Mexico.

Seabreeze Beach Access in Seacrest is on Scenic 30A at the intersection of Seabreeze Trail, about 1/2 mile east of Camp Creek Lake.

Seacrest Drive Access is on Scenic 30A at the intersection of Seacrest Drive, about 1/2 mile east of Camp Creek Lake.

Seagrade Road Beach Access is at the intersection of Seagrade Road and Blue Mountain Road in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach.

Shellseekers Beach Access is a simple walkover at the end of Shellseekers Cove about one block south of Scenic 30A and a few blocks east of the Scenic 393 intersection at Gulf Place.

Spooky Lane Beach Access is at the entrance to Seahaunts Condominiums where Spooky Lane meets the Gulf.

Sugar Dunes Beach Access in Seagrove Beach is about 1/2 mile south of Scenic 30A at the end of Beachside Drive on the east side of Eastern Lake.

Pilcher Park is underneath the 331 bridge on the south shore of Choctawhatchee Bay.

Topsail Hill Preserve State Park offers a wide variety of natural resources including 3.2 miles of secluded, white sand beaches with majestic dunes over 25 feet tall.

Wall Street Beach Access in Inlet Beach is at the end of South Wall Street.

West Allen Loop Beach Access is on Scenic 30A about a mile west of the Scenic 393 and Scenic 30A intersection at Gulf Place.

Western Lake Access in Grayton Beach is at the eastern end of Hotz Avenue where it meets the lake, two blocks east of the red Bar.

Winston Lane is on the western border of Inlet Beach where it meets Rosemary Beach.
