Phillips Inlet Beach Access is a simple beach access about 200 yards south of US 98 in Inlet Beach at the end of South Walton Lakeshore Drive. Properly permitted vehicles are allowed to launch boats. It’s about a 1/4 mile walk to the east to reach Lake Powell and Camp Helen State Park.
