Pescado Seafood Bar & Grill is a casual fine dining, seafood grill & rooftop bar in Rosemary Beach town center. Pescado is located on Town Hall Road atop the Orleans building with excellent views of the town and the Gulf.

Expect stunning sunset views, extraordinary service and eclectic cuisine. While Pescado caters to the over-18 crowd for dinner service, it does welcome all ages for seasonal brunch Wednesday – Sunday until 3:30pm. Complete with small plates, raw bar, entrees, a la carte and nightly features, the menu changes with the season in order to maintain a sense of sustainability. The menu is also aimed towards a shareable experience hosting dishes such as Whole Lobster or the 32 Ounce Prime Bone-In Ribeye. An extensive wine list is heavy on both new world and old-world high-end wines. Pescado also boasts craft cocktails with the finest spirits.
