New bill impacting short-term rentals up for consideration with Florida Senate Committee
Thursday, a Florida Senate Committee will consider a new bill impacting short-term vacation rental properties, an issue that will have a big impact on our Tampa Bay area beach towns.
If there's a paywall, the gist of this bill is that all the recent requirements placed on short term rentals will be overridden by the state and we'll be right back at parking issues and mini hotels.
