As if 30A couldn't get more douchey, and our "celebrities" couldn't get any grosser (Brand, Huckabee, country star wannabees) along comes this mega MAGA weenie...

"It just so happens that I'm famous with the Backstreet Boys. People started finding that out. The public is screaming my name and running down, wanting to take pictures."

GTFOH

Anyone think anybody in SoWal is screaming his name? I never heard of him before. Sounds like he desperately needs attention.

Backstreet Boys singer Brian Littrell appeared on Fox News' "America's Newsroom" on July 16 to discuss his ongoing legal battle with the Walton County Sheriff's Office over 'trespassers' on his private beach property.

DOUCHE.jpg

Littrell, accompanied by his attorney Peter Ticktin, told host Dana Perino that the situation has become a "truth issue" and "fairness issue" affecting his family's privacy and safety.

"This lady in the video that you showed, she travels past I think two or three public beaches just to get to this place, to cause issues for my family," Littrell said during the interview. "They obviously know who I am and they're kind of coming after my family greatly. They're coming after my son, they're coming after my wife."

The Backstreet Boys member said he purchased the property years ago specifically for privacy, describing his backyard as a "sanctuary." He expressed frustration that instead of discussing the band's success, he was forced to address people "invading my privacy."

"It's property rights. This is what we're talking about," Littrell said. "I bought this place many years ago and they obviously know who I am."

"As a law abiding citizen and as a taxpayer, the property is deeded in our name. We pay taxes on it, so we're deserving the right of anybody else that would own the property," he said.

Attorney Peter Ticktin characterized the trespassers as "left-leaning people, the kind of people that think that everyone should have nothing and everyone will be happy." He said the individuals deliberately travel past multiple public beaches to reach Littrell's property.

"These people, they have to go across scantily populated, I mean, public beaches in order to get to Brian's property, which is surrounded by his neighbors as well," Ticktin said. "These people are there just to cause trouble."

When Perino asked how Littrell hoped the situation would resolve, he said he wanted fairness and for things to be handled properly as they would for any other property owner.

"We're just talking about things being fair," Littrell said. "It just so happens that I'm famous with the Backstreet Boys. People started finding that out. The public is screaming my name and running down, wanting to take pictures."

The Walton County Sheriff's Office responded to the lawsuit with a statement saying it "prides itself on handling every situation, call for service or interaction with professionalism using a customer service approach."

BLB Beach Hut, LLC, owned by Littrell, filed a petition for writ of mandamus against the Walton County Sheriff's Office on June 19, 2025, alleging deputies refuse to remove daily trespassers from his private beach.

The lawsuit claims that despite "No Trespassing" signs and legal authorization forms, the sheriff's office won't enforce trespassing laws. Littrell alleges the situation escalated when trespassers committed battery against his property manager and stole legal documents, yet says deputies still refused to respond - with one allegedly calling his property rights claims "lunacy." The suit claims people travel past multiple public beaches specifically to harass his family.

Well I’m a moderate conservative, and he’s still a dumb loser with mental health issues and external locus of control. Very entitled to claim the whole beach as your own personal "sanctuary". Very prideful and very wrong, and not Christ-like to start turf-wars about a bunch of sand. His feelings of unsafety are a direct result of his own doing. Maybe don’t harrass beach goers and don’t be entitled to own the whole beach for yourself like a greedy unreasonable person, and people will leave you alone. These people f*** around and they will find out eventually, because one day they’ll harrass someone with bigger mental health issues than their own, and it can potentially result in bad things happening to them, but they’re too mentally ill to forsee these kind of things and act like normal reasonable human beings. He needs a therapist and to shut up. He has lots of narcissistic traits like grandiose sense of self and even displays paranoia. Nobody cares about your miserable backstreet group, you’re a loser who happens to have money and uses it to piss on people. These people need to be stopped. I definitely hope he gets sued into oblivion for the harrassment his stupid wife and him do to innocent people just wanting to enjoy the beach. People like him are dangerous, cause he is literally displaying signs of paranoia (beliefs people are after him, etc), and of persecution by authorities which can both be warning signs of psychosis. This guy needs to be watched by the authorities, cause it’s the kind of lunatic who ends up doing something wrong to an innocent person because of his mental health issues or puts himself in bad situations by triggering stuff. He needs a social worker and to learn to live in society and tolerate people.

Oh my goodness! I may never understand why some people feel like they are larger than life. I have never heard of him but if he is famous and people want a picture is that not part of his job description. I am surprised that he has any fans with his attitude toward families enjoying the beach anywhere on the beach. I guess he and Fox news are the right fit which does not surprise me. Of course we do not have all the facts but I am sure the lawsuit will clear it all up. This is just another example of how wealth does not make a person happy or satisfied...

"Walton County Sheriff’s Office’s motion to dismiss argues that Florida law does not require law enforcement to execute an arrest in the event of a trespassing, or to aid a property owner."

Whoa! So if the sheriff "doesn't care for you much", good luck with getting help from them with trespassers on your property, regardless of where it's located.

It's hard to believe the sheriff is hiding behind that. I really think that's bad PR. But of course, when the anti-BFO mob is behind you, no wrong can be done.

I think you quoted someone's opinion of the motion to dismiss. If you are going to use quotation marks please indicate who made the statement.

If there is a mob behavior in any of this it must be the 1000's of BFO's that you have referred to. Families just want to go to the beach for enjoyment. A mob is a group of people who are angry and destructive. It describes you and the 1000's of angry BFO's more than families enjoying beach activities. Putting up keep off my beach signs is destructive. Building on the sand dunes is destructive. Blocking the view of this natural resource is destructive. Attacking the Sheriff is destructive. Throwing a frizbee is quite fun actually. I just think you go way to far by insinuating that law enforcement does not care for you much. Are you part of the defund the police group?

First paragraph was quoted from linked news article above it. You'd know that if you read it.

Second quote is obviously mine trying to make a point. Obviously I failed with you.

Sorry. Your definition of "mob" is obviously different than mine.

But at least you acknowledge the many thousands of individuals who own beachfront property who, BTW, fought customary use (well over 90%). Yet you incessantly insist all of them are against humanity because of this.

Honestly, only a staggering amount of RANCE would motivate an individual to continually make such statements, painting these good, law abiding, tax paying individuals with such a broad stroke... i.e. ignorance or arrogance.

What you quoted was just an opinion and was not part of the motion or truth of anything. Obviously the quoted opinion was the same as yours so you need it to be truth. The motion centered around "clear duty" of the law enforcement officer. I do not think you read everything. You definitely do not read or understand my posts.

Yes If you want me to agree with you then you failed. You do not listen to anyone but you or someone who agrees with you. You think you know what 1000's of people think. You don't. Not every BFO puts keep off my beach signs or thinks like that. I think you have a minority opinion even with BFO's. You simply have one agenda and it is very selfish. That does not mean you are an evil person. It just means you are a selfish human just like most humans including myself. I do not know you but I know what you post and it seems your selfishness may go beyond normal. I know from your post that you would not be satisfied with any sort of compromise. Before you respond you should go back and read all your posts because it says a LOT about you.

Honestly, I have NO idea what the definition of RANCE is but something tells me that your definition is mean spirited. It is not ignorance or arrogance that motivates you. You are motivated by selfish fear (fear that someone wants to take something from you). Do you really not understand that beachgoers are good, law abiding, tax paying individuals? Your words indicate that you have completely disassociated from people...unless they agree with you. That behavior is dangerous to society. Life is short so my advice is learn to listen, learn to compromise and most of all learn to appreciate your good fortunes. No matter how powerful, how rich, how intelligent you are, we all die and all that is left of us is the memories we have made with people. Your keep off my beach signs will be remembered for a very long time. Just think about the memory left with a hard working, tax paying, good mother or father who wants to enjoy the beach with their children. They come across your sign that makes them feel something very negative. Beach rules of respectful behavior does not make someone feel bad. Stay off my beach rules makes people feel bad. Does that make you feel good about you? This is about humanity...

Brian Littrell’s Lawsuit Against Woman He Claims Trespassed on Beach at His Fla. Home Dismissed by Judge

The Backstreet Boys member claimed the woman caused him and his family “emotional distress”

NEED TO KNOW

Brian Littrell’s lawsuit against a woman named Carolyn Barrington Hill, whom he claimed trespassed on his Florida property, has been dismissed by a judge

The Backstreet Boys member previously alleged Hill “harassed” his family and caused them “emotional distress”

A judge in Walton County, Fla., dismissed the case on Feb. 17, per documents obtained by PEOPLE, and gave the Littrells 20 days to file an amended complaint

Backstreet Boys member Brian Littrell’s lawsuit against a Florida woman he claims trespassed on his beachfront property and “harassed” his family has been dismissed by a judge.

According to the Motion to Dismiss filed in Walton County, Fla., on Feb. 17 and obtained by PEOPLE, a judge has thrown out the lawsuit “without prejudice." The filing was originally made by the singer and his wife Leighanne Littrell on Sept. 19, 2025. The Littrells’ BLB Beach Hut LLC is also named as a plaintiff in the documents.

Per the filing, the couple alleged Carolyn Barrington Hill went onto their Santa Rosa Beach property “without right or authority” and ignored the “no trespassing” signs they had installed at the beach directly outside of their home.

The complaint claimed Hill “set out to antagonize, bully, and harass the Littrell family by frequently trespassing” on their property “in open defiance of the ‘no trespassing’ signs.”

It also alleged that Hill’s “trespassing” caused the Littrells, who share 23-year-old son Baylee, to “suffer emotional distress” as it interfered with their “use and enjoyment of the property."

However, the judge dismissed this claim as “emotional distress damages are not permitted on a claim for trespassing,” per the order.

In addition to the above claims, the Littrells alleged Hill videotaped them on the property without their “knowledge or consent.” However, this was dismissed as “there are no allegations contained in the complaint that the [Littrells] were located in a location on the property that the court recognized [as having] a reasonable expectation of privacy.”

The document also states that as BLB Beach Hut LLC is a legal entity and not a person, it can not suffer emotional distress.

Along with accusing Hill of trespassing, which they claim occurred between April and September 2025, they also alleged one count of stalking, however they voluntarily dismissed that claim at the December 2025 hearing.

Per the filing, the Littrells have 20 days to file an amended complaint. PEOPLE has reached out to attorneys for both the Littrells and Hill but did not receive an immediate response.

The new filing was submitted on February 25, 2026, and demands a jury trial. The case highlights ongoing tensions regarding property rights and public access to beaches in Florida. Hill's legal representation argues that Littrell has not proven his claims and maintains that she has the right to access the beach.

The more serious issue, IMO, is the apparent lack of enforcement by the sheriff's department of private property rights, not the actual trespassing charges.

From this article dated Feb 19, 2026:

The dismissal comes after a separate lawsuit was filed by the Littrells' BLB Beach Hut LLC in June 2025, in which the singer and his wife accused the Walton County Sheriff’s Office of failing to remove trespassers from his family’s oceanfront property, PEOPLE previously reported.

"If the Sheriff continues to refuse to protect and uphold the rights of BLB and other community members, private property and other rights held by Florida citizens will only exist on paper," the suit claimed.

At the time, the department shared in a statement with PEOPLE: "The Walton County Sheriff's Office prides itself on handling every situation, call for service, or interaction with professionalism using a customer service approach. This has always been our philosophy and will remain so moving forward."

In the end, whatever verdict is handed down for the trespassing charges will DIRECTLY affect the suit against the sheriff's department, again, IMO.

Why do you think they need to witness their Christian faith? Do they even know what Jesus's message was about. Love your, neighbor, welcome the stranger and share your good fortune. It seems the Littrell's believe Jesus is on their side. If Jesus has a side it would not be the Littrell's...
