It hurt to sit in line for a fare behind a Tucker Black and White Taxi with Escambia Co tags at Baytown in South Walton tonight. Support your local taxi. We spend our money in Sowal.

I'll need a ride to PCB or Ft. Walton on January 3rd. I'll let you know what time.

Paradise Taxi: We'll support you. Approximately what's your fare for picking up people at Panama City airport and the fare for Fort Walton Beach Airport (Valparaiso) and bringing them to Seacrest Beach?

I think Dave said that they don't do pickups at the airports due to flight delays and change of flights, but they do drop-offs at the airports.

Thanks, SJ. I like to let our cottage guests know what's available in terms of airport taxi services. And someday we may need them as well!

PS: It's almost scarf-wearing season here in Michigan so I'll be wearing that lovely blue scarf again soon...

Don't tease me with that winter clothes wearing stuff. We are still suffering from temps in the mid 70s this week. I hate the beach.:roll::roll::lol:

NOT!

Oh no, SJ, you don't understand how lovely it is for the cold weather to come and then to wait 6 months for the first 60 degree day, uhhh, 50 degree day.

That said, the snow can be breathtaking when it's falling in big flakes, fresh and new -- and that's something I'm definitely thankful for. Though when the kids are grown, we'll be so outta here and in SoWal for the winter...

Sorry Franny.
From 12:00am till 3:00am the phone literally never stopped ringing. Many calls went right to voice mail. We didn't slow down until 5:00 am.
We had more then 30 reservations for returns after 12:00 am. that we had to honer.
Passenger safety in the rain was an issue.
We will try to figure a solution for next year. We had no history to use as a guide. We will have our one year anniversary in a few weeks.
Sorry if we let you down.
Please try us again!

That is great that you were that busy, because that kept many amateur drunks off the roads and out of the coffins. Maybe next year, you can rent some 15 passenger vans for the big night, and pack people in together like they do back in the town from whence I came. :idontno:

We did not know about the reservations and will keep that in mind for the next big bash. Thanks Dave and I will let our guests know what happened.

I tried to support my local taxi, but he wouldn't let me pay.;-)

Then I recall hopping in the car while he was looking for his party of 8 on New Year's.

Good seeing you!:clap_1:
