amore--first timer

I have been reading about amore on sowal for a long time. It just never falls in the "rotation" of our 30A restaurants. That is over.
We went for lunch and it was the best pizza I have ever eaten. We will be back---and a big thanks to the sowal community for this great heads-up.

Great news:clap_1:

they have good stuff other than pizza too !

Glad you liked it. :clap_1:

It's not like people can't start threads about other restaurants. What does it all mean? Hmmmmmm . . . .

Does anyone know the name of the guy in the middle of the third picture? He looks like someone I have seen playing here in Texas.

That would be mr. norman jeter, out of pensacola fl, though his band is based out of MObile alabama. I'm not sure if they play the Texas scene, but they do have a texas swing feel to their bluegrass style.

Thanks, SJ- not my guy but could be his twin!

We love amore's too. Funny thing though. I mention the Super Secret SoWaler Discount Code Word and the waitress ...... without fail ...... looks at me like I'm a loon ........... (not the 1st time I've seen that look ;-) ).... anyway they always give us the discount and serve the best pizza around. Amore's is a scheduled event on our SoWal trips
