Scout, a sports tavern located within the Watersound Origins community, is the latest addition to the Florida restaurant scene, opened August 27. Scout offers a full-service dining experience that blends sophistication with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere – capturing the energy of the sporting world with a refined club feel and an impressive showcase of vintage sports memorabilia throughout. The new restaurant concept is the latest from husband-and-wife duo Jeremy and Angela Walton, founders of Quest Hospitality Concepts, the restaurant group behind Fonville Press and The Citizen in Alys Beach.

We went. Not as pretentious as you might expect. Believe me when I tell you this, they sell some sort of yeast rolls as a a snack-absolutely addictive!
