In search of a 3 month lease in the Seaside Area! It would be 3-5 girls, so looking for 2-3 bedrooms. It depends on the amount of girls that can stay! We are thinking that we could sleep 2 girls per bed (king or queen), and love the idea of bunkbeds. Our ideal price would be under $1000 per month per person. For example, a 2 bedroom with 2 king beds and 4 girls, ($900 x 4 = $3600 per month).
