About the house: All new HVAC and electrical. New roof. The house is made of concrete and terrazzo floors so it stays very cool in the summer and electric bills are low.
Front of house is a 2/1 with a small but efficient kitchen. Back unit shares a door with front unit but has double lock from both sides hotel like door to the Studio which has it's own separate entrance. Studio has fridge, laundry, microwave, etc. and it's own bathroom. Sublet of studio is allowed with approved tenant. Airbnb'ing the back studio is also allowed.
