Room for rent in Carillon/Laguna

I have a 3 bedroom house right next to the Publix/Aldi, one of my friends moved away so I’m looking to fill that room. $1000/month everything included. I can provide more info/pics if interested. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Already has a tv mounted on the wall. Thanks!
