Looking to pay $2k a month. Open to a condo, but looking for a home to rent or lease in the Pt. Washington, Blue Mountain Beach, Dune Allen, Watersound area. Willing to negotiate. Looking for a long term rental. Would like utilities, cable, washer & dryer included.
Have been renting a condo in Miramar Beach since Oct. 2025. Would need to move into new place by Feb. 27, 2026.
