  • Walkable to the beach
  • Clean, well-maintained property
  • Open to long-term lease

I’m a full-time business owner who works locally. I live a quiet, disciplined lifestyle — early mornings, focused workdays, health and fitness oriented. I don’t drink, don’t smoke, and don’t host parties. I keep a clean space and treat wherever I live with care and respect. Stable income, responsible, and happy to provide references if needed.

Are you still looking for a rental? We have a 3/2.5 until across the street from public beach access, 1 .2 miles from Seaside, clean and updated.
