I have a 2 BR/2 BA rental at Sandbar in Santa Rosa Beach available for sublease. September is paid for ($2000 credit) and it is available for immediate move in once approved. Lease goes through March 20, 2027. Regular rent is $1995 per month (effective rent is $1700 after credit) plus water/sewer and electricity. WiFi included in rent.
