Married couple in our 40s looking to rent out long-term an unfurnished bedroom and private bath from our Spacious four bedroom three bath two-story home located in Driftwood Estate off Mack Bayou In Santa Rosa Beach. Bedroom is located upstairs and separate private bath is located downstairs, room is carpeted and Has huge walk-in closet with ceiling fan. We are Looking for a clean, mature, dependable person with steady employment, own transportation and past rental / background references. Must love pets we have 2 cats and 2 dogs( Labs) stay in back yard when we aren’t home. Premium cable and high speed WiFi are included in rental price. We have some furnishings for room if needed.
