How are the houses selling in Watercolor? DO you all think it is overpriced? I was wondering if some people ever get tired of having their house on the market and might want to rent long term?

There may be long term rentals available in WC but overall the sales are doing quite well. give the sales office a call, they may have a list of some sort.
