That's the longest swimming pool I have ever seen. (The rest of the house ain't bad either. I don't know if it's worth $10 million, but it is nice.)

I always wondered what the inside of that house looked like. The ones going up around it seem to be pretty nice too.

Great VT Kurt.

Quite possibly the best lot on 30A. And by the way, I said the same thing about 7 years ago when he purchased it.

JO-Do the math, how many sowallers would have to go together on this purchase to keep our payment at $1,000 mo? Just like 100? That is doable! I'm in! Then we could either all live there together or use it for 3.5 days a year.

I don't think that would be possible after paying sharing with my Broker and Uncle Sam, not to mention 2007 estimated tax payments :bang: but I would like to sell it anyway.

We discussed this last week when Allifunn was staying there. 50 Sowallers at $50000 each. Everyone gets a week a year and Allifunn offered to be the live-in caretaker and personal chef!!!!!

I wonder if they'll take a personal check? :floor:

Banker: "Mr Buyer, your check bounced. You now have a service charge of $75 to pay on top of the $50K you owe."

Buyer: "Why do you think I wrote a check? I don't have any cash. Will you take a check for the $75?"
