It seems like every month, for a year or two, I?ve received a letter with a return address of 1 Mauchly, Irvine, CA 92618. The sender stated that he was interested in buying my SoWal lot for cash ? he never stated which lot.:idontno: [/size][/font] [font=Times New Roman][size=3]Anyway, I decided to find out what he was up to and I e-mailed him some info about a lot that I would sell. After several months I finally received an offer from the guy. His letter ended with the following: ?Please let me know your decision as I have set the money aside for this purchase.? :floor: I was tempted to send him a close-up of the index finger on my right hand, but I decided to save the stamp.:biggrin: [/size][/font]
