Monarch Art Trail
The Monarch Art Trail is an outdoor sculpture project along Watersound Parkway at Camp Creek created by the Cultural Arts Alliance Of Walton County (CAA) with support from The St. Joe Community Foundation. The trail includes eight original sculptures designed specifically for installation along road’s existing mile-long walking and bike path that connects US Hwy 98 and Scenic 30A.
The sculptures are complemented with some seating, lighting, signage, and native landscape, including spectacular wildflowers. Take a self-guided tour by selecting a sculpture by number from the CAA map for insight into the artists’ creative process as well as information about the surrounding environment through audio recordings.
