Walton County will expand the existing Beach Tram service connecting visitors to Grayton Beach State Park and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, beginning Friday, May 22.
The County recently expanded the Beach Tram Service in early 2026 – read more about it. Walton County Tourism is again offering complimentary day-use entry to Grayton Beach State Park and Topsail Hill Preserve State Park from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, and getting there is easier with the Beach Tram service.
This free tram service is designed to reduce vehicle traffic and parking pressure near the parks, supporting Walton County’s commitment to preserving the natural ecosystems that make our community special. Riders will always know what to expect before they arrive, as the tram operates in coordination with state park capacity limits to ensure visitors are informed of park availability before boarding.
