Bud & Alley’s is an institution on 30A in Seaside, founded by a couple of 24-year-old surfing buddies back when Seaside had only a dozen homes. Bud & Alley’s (named for a cat and dog) was the first restaurant and bar to open in Seaside. The sunset view from the rooftop bar is not to be missed.
