C-Bar

C-Bar is a unique cocktail and beer bar operating out of a custom, upcycled shipping container in Seaside. C-Bar is located on Central Square next to Great Southern Café. Open daily, order to-go from the walk-up window or enjoy a beverage sitting at the bar.

With multiple seats at the bar and a large communal space to relax, C-Bar is a place to unpack your day and unwind in true Seaside fashion – with a libation in your hand. The drink menu features local craft beer, liquor, wine and a cocktail list that offers classics like Great Southern’s famous mojitos.
