Thomas Pilcher Park is located underneath U.S. Highway 331 and the Clyde B. Wells Bridge. The park officially opened in April 2017 and is named after Thomas Pilcher, a lifelong Walton County resident who worked for the Florida Department of Conservation as a boating safety officer, as well as search and rescue operations.

Pilcher Park features a 380-foot fishing pier; four boat ramps; six 55-foot docks; three picnic shelters; restrooms; three fishing platforms; fish cleaning stations; used fishing line dispensary; plenty of parking for both cars and boat trailers, as well as picnic tables, benches and grills.
